Our genuine kitchen and the use of local products support the territory and guarantee the excellent quality of our meals.

Our vision

For us is really important to offer in our restaurant the products of our territory, with all their simplicity or reworked trough a genuine and homemade kitchen. In our restaurant you will find typical Lake Garda wines, beef, goat, butter and cheeses produced in the nearby Briano hamlet by Cozzaglio Simona's family-owned business.

You have to try also the fresh homemade pasta, the ravioli, our "spiedo" (the very typical dish of the area) cooked with wood in our fireplace. Our strenghts are the local ingredients, the homemade desserts and our passion, that we put in everything we make.

All our desserts are homemade, with genuine and authentic passion. Try our "crostata", our tiramisù, our biscuits: an unmissable moment of switness.

The cellar

A selection of wines from the Brescia side of the Garda lake, to bring into the glass the true meaning of the territory you are visiting.

The wood oven

Starting from this year (and with a lot of satisfaction) we completed our wood oven: a “microcosm”, totally handcrafted with natural clay. Clay is in fact the best material to accumulate heat and then transfer it, slowly, to every kind of food. Thanks to the help of the Comunità Montana, we had realized this handwork that recalls ancient times, when the wood oven was really an important part of everyday life.

Today, it will help us to bring on the table old and authentic flavours, first of all the one of the wood-cooked bread. And then pizza (as always on friday evening), roasted meat, beans... possibilities are endless!
So we are proud to share with you the marvellous flavours and tastes coming out from the oven, and the timeless poetry of the flame that heats the brick vault.
