The apartment - Casa Marta

In addition to our main structure, we propose you the possibility to live Costa di Gargnano and the Natural Park in a more familiar and intimate way: our apartment, “Casa Marta” (only few steps from our Inn) is a four rooms flat, rustic and comfortable, perfect for families or groups searching for a more inexpensive and “self-sufficent” way to enjoy holidays.
The apartment is composed by a big diningroom-kitchen (with induction hob and elctric oven, already equipped with everithing you need), where you'll find aswell the beautifull “economic wood stove” and the big fireplace (really ideal for everyone who wants to grill), and a tiny single bedroom.
Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms (one double and one double plus a single bed) and the bathroom (with shower, toilet and electric boiler).
Underground there's a small wood storage, where you can pick up the wood for the fireplace or the stove, to get a grill with friends or to heat up fresh spring evenings.
With a total of six beds, our apartment is really the right place for groups or families, to enjoy the stay in a more personal and intimate way.

Heating surcharge: 10€ / day. The apartment is given with clean sheets and towels. If you want us to change them during the stay, we'll ask 10,00€ per person.
